The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The bed was firm, which I personally loved, but my husband didn't feel the same way. The location of the hotel was perfect - just far enough from the noisy bar in the village, but still within walking distance to all the amazing restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a beautiful interior decoration. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drinks and complimentary wine and water in our room. The apartment itself was lovely, complete with a jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The atmosphere in the room was quiet and peaceful. The setting of the hotel offered jaw-dropping views that were truly mind-blowing. The hotel itself was of high quality and very spacious. The service we received was exemplary, and the food at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious. The view from the hotel was absolutely outstanding. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. I can't recommend this place enough - it was like a dream come true!

With 30 fully furnished flats, it was the perfect family-friendly complex. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities provided, such as the 18-hole golf course, roundtrip airport shuttle, and poolside bar, added to the overall experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with attractions like Star Beach Water Park and Port of Hersonissos nearby, making it easy to plan fun activities for the whole family. We can't wait to return!

My wife says that the only improvement for families with children would be to have a larger pool area.

There's only one dish for dinner. But there are numerous restaurants nearby.

Nice quiet location in the middle of traditional village Piskopiano. Well maintained. Excellent room facilities, everything were clean and functional.The pool is very big with spectacular view.Parking available near the rooms. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Big supermarket just 5 min walk and lot of nice cafes and restuarants at near old Hersonissos. 10 minutes by car to the beach area. 25 minutes to the Aeroport. Very suitable for family vacations having fully equipped kitchen.

No safety deposit box in the suite, only at the reception requiring payment. The breakfast was very basic though tasty. Pay attention the check out is untill 12:00 and as not as written at Booked.net 12-18. Late checkout was available.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was spot on! The room was clean, comfy, and a good size, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The staff here were top-notch, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. And the location? Stunning! Situated above the village of Piskopiano, we had easy access to countless beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Can't wait to come back with my family!

Menu for breakfast could use a little improvement, especially when it comes to local products. The honey was a bit off, and the individually packed marmalade and cheap bread weren't really hitting the spot.

This was our second visit and standards were the same as 4 years ago. Very good service and value for money. Many facilities only usually found in larger hotels. A good base for touring eastern Crete. Lovely sea views and a short drive from the beach.

All the apartments at Amazones Village Suites have spacious balconies, allowing guests to bask in the Cretan sun at any time of the day. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time on my balcony, soaking in the stunning views of the surrounding area.

Now, moving onto the minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay.

The rooms were well designed and spacious. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine.

We did have a tv in the room but it probably should have had more channels to choose from.

The only down side to the Amazones was the steepness of the complex.
